BILLING QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS
We have recently switched to a new billing system. We were looking for one with a simpler, easier to understand format. Also note, that while we are in transition, some patients may receive two bills. A letter will be sent explaining the meaning of each bill.
INSURANCE NEWS
Effective January 1, 2011, Dr. Wohar is no longer in-network for Aetna Health Plans. You may still have out-of-network coverage, however. Please feel free to contact the office with any questions you may have regarding this change.
OFFICE STAFF
Over the past year, you have seen some new faces working in the office. Currently our staff consists of Colleen Hardy and Julie Maguda. Colleen works Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and Julie works Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
We are both here to assist you and to help make your experience in our office a good one.
